About 15 years ago, more or less the beginning of the so-called "gonzo" era of porn, Rick Savage released an inexpensively produced little video called "Streets of New York". Since it had a picture of Rick exposing a girl's ass on a public street I was immediately interested. The video did not disappoint. Rick brought some of his friends - strippers, porn stars and even "regular girls" out to the streets to expose them and see how much they could get away with in broad daylight. There was an amateur quality to the film because nothing was written. It was just risky exhibitionism shot on video as it was actually happening. Some of the girls were going before the camera for the very first time. Lots of long camera shots let us see people and traffic and (in at least one memorable case as a couple of lesbians were playing dip the dildo) police cars in the background, the foreground, and everywhere else.

Rick made even more videos, creating the series that eventually released at least 10 titles over the next several years. Fucking in a snowy park. Handjobs and blowjobs on horse buggies in Central Park. Fucking in a convertable in a crowded parking lot. Those, as well as countless girls getting on their knees on the sidewalk to give head, are my memories of this series.
